What if we were at war with the FBI and CIA?

I'm sure that a lot of lives would be lost.  However, we could have weapons and airplanes and go out when it's dark. We could then kill the enemy and burn the place where they live.

The good side is that you could have cool gadgets like sniper, dynamite, tanks and if you

survived you could  have a lot of money.  However, on the other hand, you could get caught by the enemy who could kill you and your family.
